I heard the increidibly ugly Gauri Lankesh use this word in last night discussion of CNN IBN with Mrs Ghose.One thing about these liberal,secular sympathisers of Naxalites:they seem be very well off.I was looking at the paintings that hung in the background when Gauri was speaking.
