Hon'ble Minister of Human Resource Development

The official biodata of Sri Arjun Singh lists his profession as "Agriculturist/Farmer". Incidentally he is also a B.A., LL.B. Educated at Allahabad University and Agra University. Beats me.

A news item caught my eye (from Yahoo India):

New Delhi Feb 8 (ANI): Union Human Resource and Development Minister Arjun Singh was toady hospitalised in All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) after he complained of breathlessness.

Singh, a senior Congress leader is 75-year-old and has served the party and the government in different capacities. (ANI)

Well, don't get your hopes too high. The ministers are attended to by top doctors and it's anybody's guess if they come from the quota regime.
