The IAS officer in question is a self confessed non believer in religion. She admires Arundati Roy and a total secular to boot. If you read some of her posts on temple reforms and secularism, you get the gist. Please read her essay on secularism and see how she speaks about A. Sikh riots, B. Babri masjid and C.Gujarat in one breath and then bashes Hindutva. One sees that the party totally responsible for A is nowhere in the picture.
It is not surprising to see the tone of the article.
It is common to see commies loathe Judaism and Hinduism. See how passionate they are about the PAlestinian cause.
I think after reading the above, you are sure about the ideology she subscribes to.
