Meanwhile, take a look at the following screenshot (*) from the Other Idiots site:

(*) The Other Idiots are notorious for randomly changing their URLs to mess up our posts. This is the reason our analysts almost gave up analyzing their posts. But we will be back. Many readers have complained about the dwindling number of analytical posts. We noticed that many bloggers have came back to the Other Idiots site, for instance Abi and Uma. Earlier we were requested not to analyze Uma's post as she was deemed non-partisan. Unfortunately based on some of her recent posts we can not guarantee her immunity from our analysts.
[Answer] Heck if we knew. All we know is that there is a mad scramble among politicians to get OBC certificates. Apparently it is good for the political Karma. Read this story for more.

Last year our Dilip dcubed was a judge in a essay competition in which Uma won a prize. Any surprises?
It's a back-scracters and head-nodders club.
Good job exposing these fakes.
Barbarindian,
A doubt. Do u oppose quota for OBCs only or for SC/ST also. I suppose u r biased against OBCs only
Let us make it clear:
From a moral standpoint we oppose quotas of any form, flavor or color, in any amount and by whatever name it is called, be it quota or reservations or AA.
However, for practical purposes, we are actively opposing the proposed OBC quotas in premier educational institutes and any quota in the private sector.
Please include Uma in the list. She selects comments for posting. I had posted a comment on Sonia Gandhi and it did not go through. She said she did not take in comments on individuals. My comment was very much in the context of the post.
- Look how she plugged for Harsh Mander on her blog. Now Harsh Mander has a lot of links to a particular party. He was supposed to be her teacher. Add to all these she is a regular contributor to The Hindu.
Q- Can IAS officers run such blogs that sometime pick on such partisan topics such as communalism etc. - What are the rules? Any idea?
I agree it is a back scratchers club.
read her essay - you have a general idea about whether she is truly objective.
indian, tips on Uma will be much appreciated. Of course google search turns up millions of pages including some pretty incriminating evidence so to speak.
Thanks for reading the blog.
