Thirteen places


According to this year's Transperency [sic] International Report, out of 180 countries, India is the 85th most corrupt nation in the world. It's the same down-hill journey. This time India has tumbled from rank 72 last year to rank 85 this year - mostly thanks to inspired moments like the cash-for-vote scam. Country President Transperency [sic] International India, Admiral R H Tahiliani says, "When the world sees that at the highest level people can be bought what are they going to think of us." [link]
