Amar Singh a big donor of Clinton Foundation

The Clinton Foundation has finally released its donor list after lots of drama. This is obviously aimed to preempt allegations of moral hazard in view of Mrs. Clinton's appointment as Secretary of State in the incoming Obama administration. The user friendliness of the list attests to the eagerness of the Clintons in releasing it.

Well it turns out that Samajwadi Party leader and friend of Congress party Amar Singh is a huge donor of this foundation. A TOI report confirms that this Amar Singh is indeed that Amar Singh.

The implications of this are massive for both our foreign and domestic policy issues. Anyone who is following Pakistani newspapers and TV reports knows the simmering discontent in that country about the ever widening economic disparity with their neighbor. At the moment the sensitive Pakistanis are rather prone to conspiracy theories. They went complete nuts about the Nuke deal. Now they are throwing tantrums at the idea that India might be trying to jack it out of its just dues of $15 Billion that it has been promised by the incoming democratic administration. Quite obviously the Pakistani army and elite, who will eventually pocket much of this largesses are very willing to fan this fire of discontent. The net effect of Bombay terror attacks thus has been to consolidate Pakistani nationalism across the board.

Needless to say this doesn't spell well for our domestic economic situation either. The presence of wheeler dealers is never good, much less when they can actually influence and engineer deals of strategic importance. The long term effects of such systemic corruption is terrible for the democratic process, as RealityCheck elaborates. As it stands now, all we got out of the Nuke deal is crony socialism of the worst kind, potential for diverting large amounts of money and land towards Nuke plants, and neither last nor the least - dozens of in situ nuclear bombs waiting to be triggered by teams of attacking Fidayeen.

This shows how the corruption has spread in the country.
The government should order the probe into this.
It's stunning to see that he has donated that much of amount to the so called foundation.
From where they have earned that money?
Why don't the politicians invest the black money to develop our country?
